Enviro School

Bailey Road School are proud to be a 'Green Gold' Enviro School which means we are committed to sustainable practices.  Our students continue on their journey to be environmentally responsible, becoming kaitiaki (guardians) of Papatūānuku (Earth Mother).  We have an orchard, native tree area, a community garden where we grow and harvest produce, we have a compost bin and we did have chickens - so watch this space.

Our Enviro Warriors meet each week with Mr Muir to ensure that we are living up to our 'Green Gold' status and are planning further developments around the school.
